The official source for Military Handbooks is the Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) ASSIST web site. To use the ASSIST system you must establish a free account and a password. If you experience any problems establishing an account or using the system, you must contact the ASSIST system manager at 215-697-6257.
As a convenience for TECHINFO users, the high-use Military Handbooks were listed below. These Military Handbooks and others have been superseded by Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) documents. A matrix of former documents and superseding documents is available for assistance in locating current criteria. Users should establish an ASSIST account as soon as possible to assure access to the latest edition of Military Handbooks.
